I am an experienced and approachable Integrative Counsellor.
I offer a one to one counselling service for adults and young people 12+
I am experienced in all areas of therapy and have a particular interest in working with young people and with those from the LGBTQ+ community. I have a considerable amount of experience working with teenagers, both in a counselling role and as a mentor. I am also experienced in working with people who are Neurodivergent.
I offer a safe and confidential space to allow you to fully explore thoughts, feelings and patterns of behaviour.
I am able draw on a variety of skills and theories and will work alongside you to find a way forward.
I am a member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society, and I work within their ethical framework.
As a member of the NCPS, I am required to have regular supervision and I will need to discuss our work with my supervisor from time to time. However, I will not disclose your name or anything that would enable you to be identified.
I hold Professional Liability Insurance and I have an enhanced DBS certificate
I work from a modern therapy room at the Broadstone Counselling Centre, and also at the Mind, Body and Spirit Centre in Dorchester
